At Glowinea, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Personal care items that have been opened

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of approval:
